Our story
Our story
IslaNetra grew from real field-operations and software engineering experience. Our founder spent six years at groupXS in Germany, the company behind Reportheld, working across development, solution architecture, and project leadership.
The company is being built from Surigao City, where our Filipina co-founder has deep roots and majority ownership. The goal is a Philippine-rooted technology company that understands local operating realities while applying international engineering discipline.
With investor relationships through groupXS and NeuroForge under Yes and People Holdings, we combine firsthand product experience with local execution. Our focus is practical: field visibility, software quality, workflow digitization, and AI adoption that improves coordination instead of adding noise.
What "IslaNetra" means
IslaNetra combines island rootedness with vision, visibility, intelligence, and connected systems. It is the public company direction after the Amuma-era work. Amuma remains part of the identity system as the values layer: care, stewardship, responsibility, quality, and follow-through.
Why we exist
For the teams doing the actual work.
The Philippines is modernizing across islands, cities, worksites, and distributed teams. Many organizations need better visibility into field work, stronger software quality, and practical ways to prepare for AI without losing control of their operations.

Chief Executive Officer
A German engineer who spent six years at groupXS, the company behind Reportheld — across development, solution architecture, and project leadership — before relocating to Surigao City to build IslaNetra.
President & majority owner
A Filipina co-founder with deep roots in Surigao, also formerly with groupXS. Her majority ownership anchors IslaNetra as a Filipino-owned company.
